You can view Agendas, Minutes and Reports by one of two methods. You can select the Committee Name that interests you in the section "Committee Meeting Documents", and this will take you to a list of meetings for that Committee.
You can also search the content of documents and filter by date, committee and document type in the section "Search Documents".
Select the Committee you are interested in and click the Submit button to show all meetings relating to this Committee.

Enter the words to search for and then click the Search button.
e.g. Golf NEAR Course, or "Golf Course" (with quotations)
You can also filter the results by committee, date and document type by using the options below.
