Notice is hereby given that the above Dog Control Orders were made on the 26th September 2006 by the Council of the City of Chester (hereinafter called “the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 55(1) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005.

 

The Orders will take effect on 31^st October 2006.
