Notice is hereby given that the above Dog Control Orders were made on the 24th January 2008 by the Council of the City of Chester (hereinafter called “the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 55(1) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005.
The Orders will take effect on 8th February 2008.
The Orders may be inspected at and copies obtained from the offices of the Council at The Forum Chester CH1 2HS or by visiting the links in the menu at the left hand side of this page.
