Pest Control

The Pest Control Service aims to deal effectively and promptly with reports of rats, mice and other pests. To achieve this we:  

• Carry out free pest control treatments for rats and mice in domestic premises.
• Provide wasp treatments on a chargeable basis.
• Does not provide a pest control service to commercial premises. There are many private companies available who can provide this service.
• Although we do not treat for beetles, cockroaches, fleas and bed bugs, we do provide an identification service for insect pests and give advice on their eradication. To use this service bring a sample of the pest, in a secure container that prevents escape, to the Forum Offices. If you use the post, again use a strong, protective container and make sure you leave your contact details and information concerning where the insects have been found in your home. 
• Foxes are, unfortunately, outside of our scope, but you may find The Fox Website informative.

Appointments can be booked by contacting us and we will aim to provide you with an appointment within five working days of you phoning us. Please note that the actual appointment date may be in excess of 5 working days during busy periods and times of employee absence
