Chester and District Housing Trust (CDHT)

Chester and District Housing Trust (external link) was set up to receive the housing stock formerly owned by the City Council. It is non-profit making and is regulated by the Housing Corporation as a registered social landlord ( RSL ). They are the largest provider of social rented housing in the district.

The Housing Trust are currently contracted to operate the Housing Register and Homelessness functions on behalf on the Council.
