How to pay Online

The service is provided by Girobank Billpay Website (external website) on behalf of the Council. You do not need a Girobank account to use the system but you will be asked to register as a BillPay user the first time you log on to make a payment. This is so that we know who has paid in case of an error or problem with your payment, you will not receive any unsolicited mail or other communications from the Council or Girobank as a result. 

When you input the detail of your payment on the Girobank site you will be asked to quote your reference number.

This consists of the 6 or 7 digit number at the top of the Penalty Notice (ignore the D or P prefix), followed by a forward slash (/), followed by your vehicle registration number, e.g. 1234567/FM52OCC

Please double check that you have entered this information correctly as an error may cause your payment to be posted incorrectly.
