A full selection of Building Regulation Application forms and fee information is available to download as Adobe pdf documents below. For online Building Regulation Applications use the UK Planning Building Control website (external link) and follow the appropriate links under the Building Control heading. Once the application has been submitted please email Building Consultancy to inform us that a Building Regulations application has been submitted buildingconsultancy@chester.gov.uk 

When applying via the UK Planning site please make sure any maps or drawings are supplied in pdf format.
