SPG Planning for Community Safety (561kb)  This SPG gives guidance on the design and layout of the physical environment so as to reduce crime, the fear of crime and anti-social behaviour. This was approved by the Council in January 2006.

 

Parking provision within developments in Chester: SPG (458kb)  was adopted by the City Council in March 2003 as an operational Supplementary Planning Guidance and for Development Control purposes.

Public Art: SPG (412kb)  was adopted by the City Council in July 2004 as an operational Supplementary Planning Guidance and for Development Control purposes.

Play and Open Space Provision in New Housing Developments: SPG - Revised June 2008 (75kb)    was adopted by the City Council in October 1999 as an operational Supplementary Planning Guidance and for Development Control purposes.
