• Missed Collections - if your regular collection time has been missed please let us know.
• Order new bin bags - if you are running short of recycling bags, order more online
• Order a new calendar - Misplaced your weekly collection calendar?  Just order a new one online.

Street Cleansing

• Animal remains removal - Chester City Council removes Dead Animals from Public Space Areas. Unfortunately we do not remove dead animals from Private Residences.
• Horticultural Standards Form - Please use this form to report any area(s) of Chester that you feel are below standard.
• Report Dog Fouling - It is every dog owners duty to clean up after their dog, please let us know if you are aware of any dog fouling problems
• Public Toilet Condition - tell us if you've found any of our public toilets below standard
• Street Cleansing - If you have noticed an area of the city that needs cleaning, please report it.
