Special & Bulk Collections Request Form

Please read the text below carefully before proceeding to fill out the form.

Residents are allowed one free Special Collection per financial year (1st April - 31st March). There is a charge of £15 for subsequent collections.

We do not collect:

• Soil
• Building Materials such as Brick, Concrete, Plaster etc.
• Car Parts

We are unable to collect Garden Refuse free of charge from properties included in the Garden Waste Collections Schemes.

All the fields are mandatory and must be filled in for your request to be successful.

Items must be left OUTSIDE & accessible within the property boundary.

To fill out the form below, it is essential that you include you postcode. If you do not not know your postcode, you can click on the link below. A screen will appear asking for your postcode, if you leave the field blank and click the 'Find' button, another screen will appear for you to enter your address details. Once you have done this, click the 'Find' button again and your postcode should be displayed.
