Please Note:
Because the original trail guide has been produced as an A2 (42cm x 59.4cm) sheet, folded to a 'pocket-sized' A5 leaflet (14.8cm x 21cm), you may prefer an original copy. The trail leaflets can be picked up free of charge at the following outlets:
- Tourist Information Centres in Chester and Cheshire Oaks
- Libraries in West Cheshire
- The Boat Museum at Ellesmere Port
- Chester History and Heritage and Chester's Grosvenor Museum
- Supermarkets and other outlets in the Chester and Ellesmere Port area that have a 'Get Smart' leaflet stand.
CultMark UK:
The trail leaflet has been produced as part of the EU
funded CultMark UK project. This project is about increasing

Port for leisure and pleasure.
CultMark UK is a partnership project between Chester City Council, The Boat Museum at Ellesmere Port, British Waterways, Cheshire County Council and Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough Council. It is supported by the Interreg IIIc inter-regional co-operation programme 2004-2006.
