The Cheshire, Halton and Warrington Community Risk Register

The Cheshire, Halton and Warrington Community Risk Register has been compiled by the Local Resilience Forum ( LRF ) in accordance with the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 ( CCA ) and its associated statutory guidance on Emergency Preparedness, all of which can be accessed through the UK Resilience web-site. The purpose of the register is to reassure the communities of Cheshire, Halton and Warrington that an assessment of potential hazards and their related control measures / plans has been made to build and maintain both an effective preparedness and response.
