Young Minds

Young Minds offers support to young people and their parents on a range of mental health issues. They have some helpful booklets especially for young people on subjects such as bullying. Victim Support can provide help and information for anyone who has been affected by  crime - it doesn't matter when or what crime took place – even if you might not want to involve the police. Call 0845 30 30 900 on Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm or Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 7pm.
