Help in Finding a Job
There is a whole range of information and support available to help you find the right job for you. The government's DirectGov Website has a whole section deveoted to disabled jobseekers.
Subjects include:

Jobcentreplus (external link) is also a good source of information and advice and yhey can then arrange for you to have an interview with a Disability Employment Adviser ( DEA ). They will find out about your abilities and the sort of job that would suit you, then draw up a plan of action with you to help you get a job or go on a training course.
If you're between 16 and 25 Connexions (external link) brings together a full range of support servicesto help you overcome barriers to employment, training and education.
