How to to get here

The Amphitheatre and Visitor's Centre are situated very close to the main shopping area of the City Centre. It is sign posted throughout the City, as is the Visitors Centre itself. Other nearby attraction include St. John's Church, Grosvenor Park, the Walls, and the River Dee.

Getting to Chester

By car...

Cheshire has fantastic links to the national motorway network, and the rest of the country. Chester itself is linked directly to the M53. By train...

Chester & Cheshire are well linked to the National Rail Network. Chester Station just a short walk from the city centre. Whereas there are major stations throughout Cheshire, including Crewe which is one of the busiest junction stations in the country. By air...

Liverpool John Lennon, and Manchester International Airports are both under an hours drive from Chester and Cheshire. This links you to flights to over 140 major destinations, all over the world

By ferry...

There are passenger ferry ports close by at several locations. You can travel to and from Ireland form Holyhead (Anglesey, North Wales), Birkenhead (Wirral) and Liverpool.
