National Concessionary Travel Scheme 
if you are aged 60 or over, or you have certain disabilities – you will be entitled to free off-peak bus travel on local bus services – anywhere in England.
To take advantage of this scheme all eligible residents must complete an application form, provide copies of documents supporting their eligibility and supply a recent passport style photograph. Your new Smart Card bus pass will be sent to you within three to four weeks from receipt of application.

When you recieve you new pass please check that your pass details and photo are correct. If there are any problems please inform the customer help line on 01244 402148.
New Applicants
If you are applying for a pass for the first time then you need to:
complete an application form
supply one recent passport style photograph
- your age
- your residential address
- if you are applying for a disabled pass we also need documentary evidence of your registered disability.

Please Remember
We cannot process an application form without a recent passport standard photograph. It needs to be a close up of your head and shoulders facing forward, looking straight towards the camera and without a hat.
