DIAL House Shopmobility Service

The Dial House Shopmobility Service provides mobility scooters and wheelchairs to enable people with disabilities (short term or long term) access to city centre shops and facilities.  The service is available to registered users for a joining fee.  Alternatively, low cost hire charges apply to non-registered users and visitors.  Wheelchairs are also available for longer term loan.   Blue badge parking is available on site. 

Advance booking is recommended.

Registered User Joining Fees:

Registration is valid from 1^st August 2008 to 31^st July 2009. 

The following fees are payable when joining the scheme:

Chester Charisma Card Holder...................  £10

Visitor Charisma Card Holder/Non-card holder.......................................................... £15

No further fees are payable (except for wheelchair loan)

Non-registered User / Visitor Hire Fees:

Standard booking per day (up to 5 consecutive days for visitors)............................................................. £5

Short booking (up to 2 hours).....................   £3

Wheelchair loan:

Standard booking per day (up to 5 consecutive days)............................................................  £5

Long term bookings (per week)...................  £5
