Online ServiceTackling Anti-Social Behaviour & Crime

Community safety wardens and our partners are helping identify social problems, working with the public to reduce and prevent them.

Intelligence Gathering

Together we can identify community problems in order to resolve local issues. Intelligence is used constructively to prevent future incidents.

Tackling Enviro-Crime

Environmental crime such as littering, fly tipping and graffiti does blight so many of our streets and open spaces. It can also be dangerous to children and affect there play areas.

The wardens have powers to issue Fixed Penalty Notice's on the spot for a range of environmental crimes.

Help prevent fly tipping and littering by reporting it to the Community Safety Wardens.

If you are aware of any anti-social behaviour and environmental crime in your area, please either contact

callcentre@chester.gov.uk or use Chester's new 'It's Your Call Online Service' reporting line on (01244) 402477.

The details collected by this online form are completely anonymous and confidential (No IP Addresses are recorded). All we ask for is your postcode to help us identify which community you live or work in, as we know different communities experience different problems.

In an emergency you should also phone 999.
