Annual Report
This is the first Annual Report of Chester City Council’s Community Safety Wardens. Officially launched in November 2005 by representatives of Government North West. The launch was supported by elected members, blue light services and other key partner agencies.

The aim of the Community Safety Warden Service is to deal with all aspects of low level crime and grime issues.
The four main aims are;
- To improve the environment
- Tackle anti–social behaviour
- Enforcement and intelligence gathering
- Friend on the street
This is achieved by working with other services within the local authority and key partner agencies.
