Tackling Crime & Grime

Tackling Enviro-Crime

Environmental crime such as littering, fly tipping and graffiti blights so many of our streets and open spaces. It can also be dangerous to children and affect their play areas.

The wardens have powers to issue Fixed Penalty Notice's on the spot for a range of environmental crimes.

HELP PREVENT FLY TIPPING & LITTERING BY REPORTING IT TO THE COMMUNITY SAFETY WARDENS.

If you are aware of any anti-social behaviour and environmental crime in your area, please either contact callcentre@chester.gov.uk or use Chester's new 'It's Your Call' reporting line on (01244) 402477.  Alternatively you can complete the attached Online Form.

The details collected by this online form are completely anonymous and confidential (No IP Addresses are recorded). All we ask for is your postcode to help us identify which community you live or work in, as we know different communities experience different problems.

In an emergency you should also phone 999.
