Welcome to the Corporate Plan homepage.  This plan was approved by the council in November 2007.   As part of our continued drive to make Chester City Council more accountable to our residents, customers and stakeholders we are committed to making information more accessible. 

The Corporate Plan is now part of a collection of documents providing information on the council.  Links are also provided to both the council services and the partnership websites referred to in the plan.

The Corporate Plan provides information on council services and the issues within each service that the council, following consultation, has agreed to make a priority.  Attached to each priority issue is data on our current performance and the target for improvement.

We aim to improve in every area.  Information on the progress we are making is given in the Annual Performance and Efficiency Plans attached to each service directorate.  

The site also includes the key corporate strategies and policies.
