Public Notice - Quinn Glass

Chester City Council has made a final decision to issue a Pollution Prevention and Control permit to Quinn Glass Limited, Ash Road, Elton, Chester, Cheshire, CH2 4LF to operate its container glass manufacturing installation. This installation has a production capacity of 1200 tonnes per day.

The Council received three representations from the public during the 25-working day period of consultation upon the draft determination from 3 August 2006 to 7 September 2006, which the Council has considered in reaching a final decision. The Council has decided to issue a permit with amended conditions. The details of this decision and the representations are available to view on the public register free of charge.
