The 2008 Statement of Licensing Policy

The Statement of Licensing Policy is the document that gives applicants and all interested parties, including residents and objectors, an understanding of the Policy that Chester City Council will be using when dealing with any applications made under the Licensing Act 2003

As part of the Licensing Act 2003 the Council were required to produce a Statement of Licensing Policy, this was adopted in January 2005.  Under the terms of the Licensing Act 2003 this policy must be reviewed every three years.  Chester City Council has therefore, now released its new Licensing Policy.  To view the updated Policy, or to access more information, please select one of the links below.
