Recycling in Flats

Chester City Council is currently rolling out Recycling schemes for flats in the Chester District. A Recycling Specialist will visit and assess the flats and appropriate facilities can then be provided.

Once the assesment is complete and prior to installing recycling facilities, blocks of flats receive leaflets to advise occupants on what materials can be recycled. Where possible, we engage with Residents Associations and management companies to ensure that the service fits residents requirements.
