Visitors to
the 2007 One Earth Festival were asked to complete a survey and the
data analysed by the University of Salford.

Findings included:
- 97% of people surveyed said they were satisfied (66%) or very satisfied (31%) with the Festival
- 90% of respondents said they were likely or very likely to return to the Festival
- 91% of respondents said they were likely or very likely to recommend the festival to others
- Aspects particularly liked were – the activities for children, the wildlife marquee and the arts and crafts activities/ display
- 51% of people had come with children
- 62% of respondents indicated that they intended to stay at the festival for two hours or more (despite the poor weather)
- Suggested improvements included more shelter (noting the poor weather), better food and drink, and more information about what’s on and where. These are being addressed for the 2008 event.
