Online Forms

• Submit an online planning application - you can now submit your planning applications online.
• Dangerous Structure Form -  Notify us of any buildings or structure you feel to be unsafe.
• Planning Enforcement Complaint Form - Please use this form to submit an alleged breach of planning control.
• Local Development Contact Form - If you would like to be consulted on Chester’s Local Development Framework documents and be informed of its progress please let us know by filling in your contact details.
• Planning Publication Order - Please use this form to order the planning publications you require. Fields marked * must be completed.
• Application for street name and/or postal number for new property - An approved plan is required showing the road layouts, plot layouts and plot numbers and access points into individual properties.
• Tree Works Complaint Form - Notify us of any tree damage or hazards, such as overhanging vegetation (including highways), unauthorised works to protected trees, dangerous trees, vandalism to trees and high hedges.
• Tree Enquiry Form - Please use this form for tree enquiries or to request non-urgent site visits (within 5 working days of receipt of the form)
