Minimum Standards

There are a series of tasks we believe any user of this site should be able to perform regardless of disability or experience in using websites.  In short,  it is what every user has a minimum expectation of being able to achieve on this site. 

What you should expect:

• You should be able to find the information you are looking for quickly and easily.  If not by surfing through the site, then by using the A to Z or search option.
• You should be able to find out your council tax band, as well as your current balance.
• You should be able to identify and contact your councillor.
• You should be able to apply for a job with the council, saving your application at various stages.  You should also be able to register your details so that you can fill in applications easily.
• You should be able to contact us – finding details of our location, telephone number and email address easily.
