River Dee Tidal Information

Sailing on the River Dee can be dangerous. If you intend to use the River for recreational purposes, it is essential that you know when the Tide will be rising and what height it will reach.

Please note that you must follow the steps printed on the left hand side of the page as the Tidal Times you obtain will need to be altered slightly to account for the length of time the tidal water takes to reach Chester from Liverpool.

The time also needs to be altered to take into account British Summer Time (Add one extra hour between 29th March & 17th October)
