CADSART

Founded in 1996, CADSART (External Link) is a non-profit making charitable company limited by guarantee. Its main objective is to provide sports and recreation facilities to the Chester and District community (hence the acronym). The Trust was the first of its kind to be established in the North and has grown from strength to strength, inspiring many other local authorities to benefit from employing Trusts to manage their leisure amenities.

Venues that currently come under the CADSART umbrella include:

Charisma Select

The Northgate Arena offers a membership scheme with three packages that give you the perfect choice. There is no joining fee and no fixed term contract which means that all you pay is a monthly fee with the peace of mind that you can always cancel your membership without any penalties.

But you don't just get access to the fitness and leisure facilities. Your membership card (Charisma Select), also gives you discount on over 200 shops, restaurants and attractions in Chester.

The Packages

Everyday Allday

This offers you unlimited use of the gym, toning tables, sauna, fitness classes, swimming pool and steam room, all day long and every day of the week that we are open.

Weekday 'till 2+

This package gives you access to the same facilities as Everyday Allday, and whilst last check in time is 2pm * on weekdays you can use the facilities all day at weekends. * by the Arena clock

50+ Premier

At the Northgate Arena we have developed a membership package specifically designed to fit our over 50's customers fitness and social needs. 50+ Premier is a monthly membership package that gives access to the full range of activities availible at the Arena; swimming, sauna the gym and fitness classes every weekday until 2pm (PLUS the highly regarded Nifty Fifties Club). This means that as long as you have entered the arena and asked for oyur session by 2pm you can stay as long as you like. There is no joining fee or contract so you are not tied in for any period of time.
