Health and Fitness

Leading a healthy lifestyle will help prolong your life and provide a better quality of life.  Health is about adopting a healthy lifestyle rather than just doing one thing right, eg being on a diet.

A healthy lifestyle is about exercising regularly, eating healthy food, and also having a healthy mind set.

Joining a gym or sports club is one way in which you can make a lifestyle change.  But it is also important to remember that the outdoors presents many opportunities such as walking, gardening, cycling, etc.

The best way to get started is to do activities with friends and family and to build it into your weekly routine.  Try to make the activity a social experience.
